What should I know before my first treatment?

I ask that at the time of booking that you pay a deposit via bank transfer of £10 ~ this will be deducted from your treatment price or cover the cost of any cancellation or request to rearrange your treatment within 48 hours of the appointment day.

As a new business it will be tricky for me to fill your appointment time so unfortunately I will be paying for an empty room! 

If I am able to fill your cancellation I will return your deposit in full.

Please remove any form of face powder make-up before your appointment if you are wishing for your face to be massaged, otherwise I can provide wipes on arrival.

If you wish to receive an Aromatherapy massage you are consenting to me using carrier and essential oils, if you have ever experieced adverse effects from an oil or have any allergies please share this with me at the time of booking your appointment. Essential oils are not conducive to the first trimester of pregnancy.

Please arrive five minutes before your appointment, help yourself to some water or other refreshments provided and use the toilet if needed.

How often should I receive treatments?

The frequency of treatments can vary depending on your individual goals and budget.

Some clients find once or twice a month suits them..

others prefer once or twice a week..

some only have them once or twice a year!

 

There is no pressure to rebook after a treatment.

Can I pay by Card?

I currently accept Bank transfer or Cash payments due to the service charge on each card payment. 

I totally understand with the cost of living crisis that putting aside money for self-care can feel uncomfortable but we only have this one body to live out our lives.

To help, and as a warm welcome I offer a 20% discount from your first treatment.
