I ask that you pay an upfront booking fee of 50% of your treatment price via bank transfer to reserve your appointment in my schedule.

If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment or forget your appointment this is non-refundable, unless an acute emergency, due to me losing business hours.

As an independent therapist it will be especially difficult for me to fill your appointment time at short notice and I will end up paying for an empty room as well.

Please remove face make-up like concealer before your appointment if you are wishing for your face to be massaged, otherwise I can provide wipes during your appoinment time.

If you wish to receive an Aromatherapy massage you are consenting to me using carrier and essential oils, if you have ever experieced adverse effects from an oil or have any allergies please state this clearly on the Consultation form.

It is best to avoid Aromatherapy massage during the first trimester of pregnancy, and Hot Stones altogether.
