Each session time includes a brief review of your Consultation Health Form to discuss what you wish to gain from the massage, as well as changing in and out of your clothes, and completing payment.
You can download a Consultation form at the end of this page to print out and fill in and bring with you, or when you contact me to arrange an appointment I can Whatsapp or Email you one.
Please bring it with you. Please do not message or mail it back to me due to GDPR regulations.
Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or Cash.

I kindly ask that you consult your GP for consent before booking a massage treatment if you have any ongoing health conditions, are pregnant, have had recent surgery or are taking prescribed medications as massage and heat therapy can impact medication and certain conditions.
Please print out and complete a Confidential Health Consultation Form and bring it with you to your appointment.
